Last week I posted about four jaegers I observed at one time at Wisconsin
Point. Here are my photos of the birds observed that morning. Feedback is

While playing hookie from my counting duties at Hawk Ridge this morning (20
September 2010), two juveniles and an adult Sabine's Gull were briefly seen and
photographed (at 8:04 am) flying on the Minnesota side of the Superior Entry in
Duluth before disappearing over the Minnesota breakwall head
A juvenile Sabine's Gull was present late this afternoon, 20
September, on the bay side of Park Point. It was first seen flying in
the vicinity of the Duluth Rowing Club out from 36th St around 4 pm,
and it was eventually relocated as it swam in the bay out from the
Park Point Recreation Ar
This morning outside my office window at Sherburne HQ I've had 4 ruby-crowned
kinglets, and several warblers including Nashville (2), Tennessee, yellow and
chestnut-sided. I put a new seed feeder up last week, and I'm thinking the
talkative chickadees that finally discovered it have attracted t

yesterday the 19th on the east side of westwood hills nature center,i saw a
large groop of of warblers and vireos!!Including nashville, palm ,and
yellowthroated and blueheaded vireos. there were others but couldnt get a
quick id on them. also first golden crowned kinglet of the fall. I will try
