I was very surprised to see a Northern Mockingbird on the resort grounds late
afternoon yesterday. I did again get a glimpse of it this morning. My first
time ever
to see one.
I did get three photos and have posted on our Facebook page.
Two Least Bitterns and a Nelson's Sparrow were seen this morning along the
boardwalk at the Old Cedar Ave. Bridge in Bloomington.

A Blue Grosbeak was found on 5/22 just South of the South visitor center in
Blue
Mounds State Park.
From the town of Luverne, go north 2 miles on Minnesota Hwy. 75. Turn east on
County Road 8 and go 3/4 mile to South park entrance.

Today (5/24), Caleb Ashling and I found an adult male Cinnamon Teal
just south of the town of Ada (Norman Co.). The bird was associating
with a pair of Blue-winged Teal, displaying to the female.
The birds were located in a small fluddle on the east side of Hwy.9
in an ag field, just south of the
