This is an update. Two weeks ago I saw a Prothonotary Warbler at the Coon
Rapids Dam on the Hennepin county side. I went down there this morning and
found two of them still there in the same area. I got a couple of photos that
are not the best but they are proof that a bird is still there.
While birding Glacial Ridge NWR I found 2 Loggerhead Shrikes near the
junction of 300th ST SW and 160th AV SW. One Shrike was just South of this
corner and one was just East.

It seems that I can't read my calendar without my glasses! For the second
week in a row I got the date wrong! Last week I missed that the month (in
big letters on the top of the calendar) said June and not May. I am
just thankful that I am not putting the year in the date. I'd probably miss
