[mou-net] Mountain Bluebird at Clearwater

We apparently just missed the Mountain Bluebird this afternoon. Arrived about 1:30 and the last sighting that we are aware of was 1:15pm. Stayed for about 45 minutes without seeing any bluebirds at all. I may try again early tomorrow morning as it seems like morning may be the best time.
