This afternoon I found a Eurasian Tree Sparrow in downtown Two
Harbors. I originally saw it at about 3 pm with a flock of House
Sparrows at 2nd Avenue and Waterfront Drive, in the cedar hedgerow
next to the parking lot of the NAPA auto parts store. I relocated it
about 45 minutes later in the backyard of 512 4th Ave, but it then
flew back south towards 2nd Ave. Bruce Munson and Alex Lamoreaux
relocated it at last light at about 4:30 pm in the tall cedars in
front of the post office at 1st Avenue and Waterfront Drive.

Another spot that might be worth checking is the ground feeder at
Waterfront Drive and South Avenue, between the Do North Pizzaria and
black locomotive train. House Sparrows often feed there and roost in
the blue spruces around the parking lot.
