This morning I observed a juvenile red crossbill visiting the feeders at the Visitor Center at Tamarac NWR. Red crossbills had been reported there over the weekend. Later in the day Nancy Henke refound the juvenile bird and a couple of adult red crossbills as well. Steve Midthune Becker Co. --
