[mou-net] help w hawk id?

We've been watching a hawk devouring a young red squirrel in our back yard and, as rather green birders, are having trouble with the id. We think it is an immature goshawk, but suppose it could be an immature coopers. I have a rather poor picture of the bird. Would someone be willing to take a
