Today Isaac Hosch and I found six Surf Scoters on Centerville Lake. We
observed them from the sidewalk along Main Street between Centerville and
Peltier Lakes. A scope is needed. From previous reports, it looks like one
was present
I observed an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull on Lake Harriet in
Minneapolis, Hennepin County late this afternoon up until dark.

There is currently a single White-winged Scoter on the north side of Lake
Waconia. It is viewable from the paved bike trail on the north side of the
lake. The best place to search for the bird is along the east end of the paved
trail immediately to the east end of the black chain-link fence
