Saw FOY Goldfinch in spring/summer colors in an Aspen tree on the berm on
the southern boundary along with some Yellow Rumped Warblers nearby. There
were a number of Red Wing Blackbirds sheltering in the trees and bushes on
the western perimeter of the ponds. Only waterfowl were Canada Geese,
Just saw a yellowheaded blackbird mixed in with all the redwinged
blackbirds and grackles. Both head and chest were brilliant yellow orange.

There are currently at least 26 bald eagles congregating on the ice near open
water on Goff's Bay of Big Sandy Lake. I am viewing them from my home
overlooking the bay and I suspect there are more out of my line of sight. Their
numbers have been building here over the last couple of days.
