[mou-net] Rough Legged Hawks Clay and Norman Counties

I was out and about at some of our preserves today. I saw no fewer then 50 Rough Legs. Basically any patch of habitat had them perched or hunting. This seems to be quite the fall for this species. In my 13 years in the area I don't recall seeing so many in one day. Good Birding Matt Mecklenburg
