In the three big Oak trees in my front yard I have:

There is a single Cape May Warbler in the Oak Trees in my front yard in White
Bear Lake.? Feeding on the sprouts, assuming nectar.

The Pelicans were on the other side of Rice Street on Grass Lake.
I spotted the following on my walk around Grass Lake-
Horned Grebes- 3
Am White Pelicans-150+ at 9am by 10:30 dwindled to 15, by 1 PM 0.
Great Blue Heron-1
White Egret-1
Ruby Crowned Kinglet: Many
Red Tail Hawk-1

50+ Pelicans in the AM most?departed Vadnais Lake at 3PM or so in mass.
While Photographing the pelicans a sandhill crane flew over head, then landed
in the middle of the lake on the remaining?ice.? Stayed there for about 15 min
then flew North.
Also spotted:

In regards to Kathy's sighting of the Egrets, I thought that I would share that
when the ice is out on the East portion of Goose Lake (Across Hwy 61) the
Egrets make the southeast end tree line thier summer roost.? In the morning
and/or evening you can see upwards to a 100+ egrets roosting in

I spent the morning on a photograpy expedition to Gem Lake in White Bear Lake
this morning.
I was photgraphing a loon and a bird I'd never seen before popped up between
