50+ Pelicans in the AM most?departed Vadnais Lake at 3PM or so in mass. While Photographing the pelicans a sandhill crane flew over head, then landed in the middle of the lake on the remaining?ice.? Stayed there for about 15 min then flew North. Also spotted: Bald Eagle (1) Horned Grebe (1)
