Join USFWS staff for our annual 'Wings on the Prairie' event on Saturday,
May 19th in Windom. Start your morning off with a guided bird walk around
the Wolf Lake nature trail. Extra binoculars will be available for use. The
walk usually lasts one hour and is family friendly.

Various activities will follow the bird walk, including kids crafts and
games. Multiple nest box designs, including wood duck and bluebird, will be
available to build. The Prairie Ecology Bus Center will also have a
learning station.

The Great Plains Zoo will be bringing animals and giving a presentation on
critters native to our prairies.
