I have had a Dark Eyed Junco show up 5 times today in my back yard in Lino
Lakes Minnesota, Anoka County. First time I have ever seen one in July!!

Hi All—
I posted a photo of a Dark-eyed Junco at our suet feeder in Northfield
during Monday’s ice and snow storm. To the best of my knowledge, juncos
are not known to consume suet.

This junco seems to be intermediate between a “Slate-colored” and an
“Ore
Paulette has been watching this junco in our yard for the past month. I
finally got around to taking some photos today. Possible Oregon subspecies.
