My wife and I spotted what is probably the same owl seen by Ron Taube and Vicky
Wachtier this morning. I saw the bird from eastbound Hwy 10 at 2:15 this
afternoon. We turned around to get in the westbound lane, turned north on
Armstrong Blvd, east on Sunwood Dr and took a right at
Mark Junghans and my husband are looking at a Snowy Owl on the corner of
CR83 and CR116 in Ramsey. This is about a half-mile north of US10. It's a
couple blocks north of where one was reported yesterday by Tony Lau.

Now it's on the tallest tower (atop a white post) just south of 83 near the
railroad tracks.
Look for the tall satellite tower - he's at the top. (Good for binos but
too high for caneras).
