During the Philbrook CBC today, a flock of White-winged Crossbills was found in Staples. The birds were seen at the corner of Dakota Ave SE and 7th St SE (a few blocks south of Hwy 10 and east of Hwy 210), but I noticed spruce cones on the ground in a few other places in town, so they've obviously been moving around.
