I had over 100 Franklin's gulls circling quite low over my yard feasting on what I call the ant party (when winged-ants disperse). This was my 142nd yard bird. They were heading towards Black Dog. This is how I got my Hennepin Cty. Franklin's at my parent's house years ago (straight north of me as the crow flies).
