[mou-net] Surf Scoters, Washington Co

Ben Douglas found four Surf Scoters at Big Marine Park Reserve in
Washington Co. Viewing is from the beach area, scope required, birds still
present.

[mou-net] Surf Scoters ~ Hennepin Co.

Early this morning I observed 6 Surf Scoters together on Lake Harriet in
Minneapolis, Hennepin Co.  They were in close proximity to 8 Rudy and 3
Buffleheads that were flying around.  Unfortunately, while I was enjoying
them in my scope view all the SUSC got up and flew past me and did not
return.  I also checked Lake Calhoun and did not refind them there either.
