Hi I wonder if anyone knows if the water is open at Canal Park right now? We are going to Sax Zim on monday and hope to stop there and see if the Eider and the gulls and pintails are still there. If the canal is frozen over then it would be a wasted trip. Thanks Ron Taube Coon Rapids.
