It doesnt talk nativly from Oracle to LDAP, even in Oracle 8iR2 I could not find and specific way to doit short of a Java Stored Procedure. They have a LDAP module for PL/SQL but its still in testing. One way would be to use perl to talk to Oracle and then create the entries in LDAP using
