You do not need an attorney to file a petition in Tax Court.

County before the end of this week:

The Minneapolis Tax Assessor cannot change your taxable
market value at this point UNLESS YOU TAKE THIS STEP.

Many valuation disputes are settled with the assessor - without
ever going to Court.  This step needs to be taken though before
the assessor can do anything.
