If Harvard can offer a general college type school for
almost anyone, why can't the University of Minnesota?
Maybe because Harvard has an endowment of over $19 Billion, which
generates about $750 in income for the school. (It's their largest source
of income.)

They way i see it, the storm water fee collected was not very
accurate when tied to how much water you used. so for years and
years, the high water user was footing the bill for those

many years, and it isn't fair to call them racist or elitist.
