Keith Ellison was instrumental in getting the State Vagrancy Statute Repealed and funding for an outreach pilot project to persons experiencing long term homelessness ...along with Senator Ranum.
He was passionate about helping on the effort to decriminalize homelessness and certainly understands the correlation between racism and poverty/homelessness.
