Russ Peterson complained about the ovals on the ballot. It must be a Minneapolis thing, the ballot I filled out yesterday in Saint Paul still had the arrows. Of course, the ballot was so tall that the ballot privacy folder didn't shield all of the votes as you slid it into the machine.
