Hi i just tested msegui on an old pc (pentium4 1.8ghz) and winxp , i surprised that the drawing is (i mean the gui update) is smooth and faster than in my actual pc (i3 + win7) . maybe the gdi32 api's on xp is faster than win7 !!.

nothing special . the test was done with splitter(with option spo_thumbtrack) and 2 tsimplewidget ,and those 2 simplewidget has a lots of controls inside it , so if i move the splitter it can be seen how fast is the gui updated . maybe double buffering in winxp is more effective than win7 !

Hi try open a file in the mseide , resize the filedialog so the dir edit width becomes equal to the text inside , then close and open the filedialog again , you will notice that the dir edit disappears . i don't know if its normal behaviour !

Hi Martin mseide crash when you press Fade Edit button in case the color count in facecomp.template.fade.color.count 2 . i am using msegui 3.8 in win7 32bits -- ___

Hi Martin if you set tsplitter.option = spo_hmove , then you can't change the cursor in tsplitter.cursor , it keeps using cr_sizehor . -- ___ mseide-msegui-talk mailing list

there is no onmouseevent in tsplitter what do i need when i want to change the color of tsplitter when clicking on it , and when releasing the mouse button it return to its previous color ? thanks --
