That patch is contained in the IE cumulative update, 3021952. Cisco is aware
and working on it with Microsoft.

Remove it from SUGs, that stop it from being deployed.
We’re finding that this issue is only on Windows 8.1 OS machines, so I’ve only
had to remove that specific update from the Software Update Group.
Our Windows 7 OS machines do not have an issue with this update and Cisco
AnyConnect.

Hi,
There are asset intelligence views to pull last used time for any software. On
the client we can see this information under CCM_RecentlyUsedApps class. I want
to know what are the different ways that configmgr client use to update the
usage on a client machine.
So you had to do 2 separate deployments?
SCCM isn't smart enough to install 3012952, reboot, do the scan and then
patch again and install 3034196 right? If I want both patches to be
installed during the same patch window, I would need to do 2 deployments is
what it sounds like?
I disagree.
Basically there is no useful method to prevent deploying any app as soon as
they have access to any collection especially considering packagers.

We have deployed both to Windows 2012 servers, and what happens is SCCM sees

Not if 4196 isn't detected unless/until 1952 is installed. 4196 seems to be

Hmm, I need to test that maybe I wasn't patient enough. Can anyone else
confirm that if a reboot is needed and more patches still need to be

No, it was all the same deployment. If you're using maintenance windows, if
there's enough time left in the window for the next update it should install
and reboot again. I'd have to go look, but I'm pretty sure that's how it
happened here.
