We have a need to inventory mapped network drives and was looking for some
current documentation on how to achieve this. Is this the most recent and valid
information out there, or does someone else have a better way? We are on
Current Branch 1706.
Our data drive which holds all our package source files and SCCMContentLib
folder is out of disk space. The drive is a MBR and has reached the 2-terabyte
limit, so I can't expand it. What would be the best way to convert to a GPT? We
use SAN storage so spinning up another drive is feasible.
We are having issues getting Windows 10 distributed to slower sites, so we
reached out to Microsoft, which suggested using Express updates. We turned it
on and during testing experienced severe performance issues. It took 40 hours
to download and install patches using Express Updates. Another

We have about 35,000 machines and we're running hardware inventory every 10

I'm curious how often everyone is running hardware inventory? We have about
50,000 machines in our environment running hardware and software inventory
every 4 days. We are getting rid of our asset management system and upper
management wants ConfigMgr to replace it.
Thanks,

Hello,
Is anyone having issues patching a Windows 2016 server using SCCM and Internet

the logs indicate a time out error. From the server I ran PortQuery on ports

Is it possible to install a CM12 R2 secondary site on a windows clustered node?
The prerequisite checker errors out with cannot install the management point
or distribution point site system roles on Windows cluster node. Not find much
info on the web besides the forum below.
it on a VM on the cluster?
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682077.aspx
Site system roles are not supported on an instance of a Windows Server cluster.
The only exception to this is the site database server.
