I think you've started on the track Microsoft recommends and changing horses
mid-stream may not net you anything. Organizationally, we supply both LTSB/CBB
images. For Surface(tm) Devices, CBB with the Windows Store Enabled is a must
(we rip out the fluff apps though). For research boxes
Have you deployed 1607 to anything else? The way your email is written makes it
seem like it is the first time you've had SCCM pull this update down. Have you
done all the fun things to make WSUS/SCCM ready for the ESD files etc...?

SCEP or SEP, one or the other. You don't want to AV products though. You can
have the SCCM client without SCEP. SCCM just provides a central
management/reporting console for SCEP. We deploy SEP via SCCM in our
environment daily. SCEP (installations etc...) are managed via SCCM client
settings

multiple forests/domains and ou's to choose from. Ultimately, we have the

formatted as UPN) after selecting a domain and OU. We
This is one point where I would think a simple direct access setup would be a
great idea. Essentially you are going back to having a VPN... But a transparent
user experience at least.

Missing entries from the xml file... and I'm not sure if this is still an
issue.. but matching Image Name / Display Name on the index you wish to appear
in the list... in case someone recaptured your images recently.
