Does anyone have a blog or anything that says if someone logs into a server and
runs software center they can see all applications/packages deployed to the
server but the 2nd user who logs into the same server won't see all info? If
the 1st user logs off and the 2nd user re-launches software center they will
then see application/packages deployed to the server. User1 and User2 though
are able to see software updates deployed to the server at the same time with
no issue.

I have confirmed this behavior just would like some blog or something saying
the same thing.

I know there was a similar issue with SCCM 2007 and RAP, below is a blog about
that.

Thank you.
