Got ideas for a tool?
I thought that enabling a language in SUP is required if anything else then
english is used (assuming english is the default).
So that when e.g. French MUI is activated, that the updates for that
language are also downloadable.

Have you set up any filtering on cmtrace? That may do it sometimes.

Also make sure you are using the proper cmtrace and not a copy of the
earlier one.

I have seen that when the log itself is munched. If you look at the space
where the log ends in cmtrace with notepad, you will find a section that is
mangled in some way.
That causes cmtrace to not display anything after that munched area.
