[mssms] Re: Task Sequence requests for content always error accessing HTTP locations?

Does anyone still work with 2007? I need to deny permissions on 1 report to a group who has read rights on the reports class. If I take away class rights then the users cannot see all the reports they need to be able to view. Is the only way to do this is to give them read instance

[mssms] Task Sequence requests for content always error accessing HTTP locations?

2016-09-26 Thread RJ Subscriber
Trying to figure out this behavior in SCCM 2012 and maybe find out how to eliminate it. When task sequences access content from our DPs they always check multiple times for an HTTP connection which all fail and then finally get the content from the file share. Is there a way to resolve these

FYI, can confirm. Provisioning Mode is required while the machine is running the Task Sequence. SCCM will remove the client from Provisioning Mode once the TS completes successfully, unless you have an unexpected reboot or something else that takes control away from SCCM during the build.

Hi All, The switch was implemented by a consultant we are using. I’m not entirely sure of his reasons but I will give that a go. Thanks Mike [cid:imageeea051.JPG@ebbe5eac.4b84f563] Michael Adamson IT Infrastructure Manager A: 741 Nudgee Road Northgate QLD 4013 T: +61 7 3117 3300 F: +61 7 3117
