It should be possible to send him a fax created on the net with the info. Maybe this will work. Use the following link it is in dutch but here goes all the info you need to send him a fax.

Fax naar: (to whom you will send the fax)
Fax nummer: (the number of the fax to who you will send. In CAS it`s
case it is ( +31 20 866 5583)
Onderwerp: ( enter here the subject of the fax)
Email adres van jezelf: ( your email adress)
Bericht: ( the message what you want CAS to know. Also put your mail
adress in this one.So CAS can surely react.)
Now click on verstuur
And it will be send. When it arrives at CAS place. You will get a message
by email.
If this all is to complicated. Mail me everything you need to know. And I will fax it through CAS.
