No. The MSX turbo R was only sold in Japan. And for the people living there, 
Japanese manuals tend to be better readable then manuals in English, German 
or Dutch.

I have both technical guides, I can scan it if there is
interest. They are both in japanese, and have schematics and
waveforms for the main signals on the turbo-r board.

Would be great. A similar scanning effort is running here in the Netherlands
for the GT manual. Will report later, when i have the files.
 
I am sure the ST manual would be nice too and much appreciated!

You can scan them not only for me, also for other people that are
interested.

It seems that those technical manuals have nice graphics that can be
useful to
unmount a turboR, for instance.

Yes, I think that in Europe there a lot of MSX2+ and MSXturboR owners
that haven't got the user's manuals of their machines.
