i have a few questions to the sync mechanism:
1) Do I have to use the vCard specification for the addressbook part in my
plugin. I can extract the data of the persons in my addressbook as normal
string-data so far. But now I don´t know if I should nest it in the vCard

Again you should remember that that your plugin only has to worry about
itself and the sync engine, not any other plugins.
