We've had a couple of these in the last week. The list requires a
confirmation email for unsub requests, so I don't think anyone has
actually been removed. I'm not sure there's much to be done about this
sort of thing.

Could we log the IP address of whoever is entering these unsub requests?
Then we can do a reverse lookup using ip2location.com
Maybe the info is in the logs at Columbia.
