I just want to reiterate what Andy Simper is saying about BLEP. Using a linear
phase, dc balanced BLEP avoids the DC issues associated with BLIT and MinBLEP.
MinBLEP minimizes the look ahead issue, but introduces DC offset. Simpler to
just use BLEP. You have to deal with look ahead and

Use linear phase BLEP / BLAMP, 16 taps should be plenty for very clean
results. You need linear phase so you won't accrue DC when you overlap
the taps when generating high frequency waveforms.
