I experience the same recently, and a few times I accidentally sent
the reply to the sender instead of the list.

it seems that after the switching of the list server there are a few
issues, which I just noticed:
- the "reply-to" field in the list mails is configured to the sender. So
hitting "reply" no longer sends the answer to the list. I'm not sure
whether this is the new standar
