in the database. Without this person, there is no way to link the two.
But in general, I think adding non-musicians is not the way to go.

It's treated as a 'regular' VA artist album, with albumartistname and
albumartistsortname as variables to be used to tag music. But we're
getting off-topic here ;)

album is released in even just six or seven of the EU nations, think how
much effort you'll have to go to to fix an incorrect date.
Not to mention the fact that the set of countries varies/gets bigger
over time... So we'd have to define different 'versions' of the EU.
