azertus is asking if we should have a way to record the fact that a
disc is considered bonus. It does seem that this ability was lost in
the move to NGS, but I'm not sure I think it's important. Thoughts?

idea is that we should follow the original

already done so. Note specifically that the scope is limited
making the needed changes (removing the proposal header,
adding the caps standard header, etc) to the proposal page? Navap can help
you with renaming the page away from the Proposal: namespace. :)
