Re: [Mutopia-discuss] Site outage

2022-03-02 Thread steve
Hi,

I post all my arrangements and compositions on imslp.

  https://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Shorter,_Steve

About 30 pieces. I do all my engraving with Lilypond 2.18.2

There are several lilypond source, but is incomplete.. my bad

My standard page size is 9" X 12", so not compatible with mutopia,
though I think the Goldberg Variations was "ported" to mutopia's 8
1/2 X 11 by someone a few years ago.

As Knute mentioned, Mutopia scores are available at
https://scores.omet.ca and users can once again contribute
scores... there is a 'Contributing' howto on the main page.

https:// scores.omet.ca is meant to be viewed online so all the
Mutopia scores have been extracted from the zip/tar archives and
are viewable in their own online apps. Files can be downloaded
as well.

I think the Mutopia Project has been abandoned, which is really too
bad. There is the OMET Library (https://scores.omet.ca/) that has
picked up the baton. And you can try the IMSLP site
(https://imslp.org/wiki/Main_Page) but it's mostly scans of sheet
music. Finding LilyPond source files is hard.

If anyone knows anything else, I would love to hear it.
