I have one ldap based address book (it is company address book
so I have no control over it) which I access via
query_command. Then I'd like to use abook for addresses which
are not in that ldap one.
I can bind macros to modify query_command to once use ldap,
then abook.

xdialog (or something similar) to display an alert

when deleting mails, usually press 'd' to mark it, then switch to maildir list
to confirm deleting those marked mails, then switch back. Is there easier way?

Type 'x' (after typing 'd') to sync the folder changes to disk.

I hope I can explain this well. I just built mutt 1.5.19 after using
1.5.10 for quite a long time. 1.5.10 was using ncurses 5.2 and 1.5.19
was compiled using ncurses 5.6 (5.4 is also available). I have new
mail in bold cyan. In 1.5.19, if I scroll the indicator up over the
