Anyone experience with the mutt -H option?

Hi, I'm looking for an example of a draft file (including header information’s) to use with the command-line-option "-H". I need to change the FROM field and the REPLYTO field for outgoing mail. Mutt will be started from a PHP3 - program. Thanks, Sven
