Mutt is an mail reader (MUA). It doesn't realized the features your want
natively but you can add external tools:
* to fetch your mail automatically, you can use [offlineimap][1] or
[isync][2].
* to analyze your mail content you can use [notmuch][3] (to do it client
side) or [imapfilter][4]
