auto pipe to script on viewing message with output to pager

I want to run a translation script automatically when viewing a mail in the pager. The output of the script should be displayed in the pager. What I do now is go into the attachment menu and then pipe to the script. Works perfectly but is too manual. But the automatic method should also send
