problem with "FROM:"

hello,   i've installed MUTT.That's ok. My problem is: When i send e-mail the 'FROM: ' is false   User is joel; Hostname is Kontzmail.lu; From is [EMAIL PROTECTED] But i want that From is [EMAIL PROTECTED]   How can i make this ?   Thanks
