My query is not related to mutt as such but sendmail, so please excuse
me if it bothers you.
I need to tweak sendmail in such a way that it does not sends back
rejection messages back to one of the sending machine. The mails are all
for local domain but the sending software is proprietary
I have used mutt in the past with slack and redhat.
That included the use of procmail recipes, fetchmail etc..
I inntend to start using mutt again on linux mint (ubuntu derivative).
I would find it very useful if I could be pointed towards
documentation, discussions and the topic of the subject.

It may be that some ad hoc scripting can be done if you can produce text
files of the filters.
