I found a small problem about $write_inc.
If $write_inc variable is set,
the number of mails be written is printed
when writing the mbox or MMDF mailbox.
But its function does not work on the MH and Maildir mailbox.
It seems that mutt-unstable-2121, the current version of mutt,
