Euro support in mutt

Hi! I'm having some trouble configuring mutt 1.3.24 to correctly use/encode the euro character in outgoing messages. I've set set charset = iso-8859-15 in my .muttrc. Now, when I sent myself a message, mutt uses utf-8 to encode the message: Subject: Euro: =?utf-8?B?4oKs?= Mime-Version: 1.0
