Only a Scot could use a word like shoogle! Never heard of it before,
thanks. I thought it was a search engine for footwear ;-)

Another benefit is that the Project Title can show as part of the task in Task
views. This helps keep Task names simple and repeatable, so the task "Send
email to team" is related to the project.

I'm not staff but I'm a beta tester and I've been in your shoes with MLO.
(I have the rants on here to prove it..)
I know what happens when speculation runs rampant so I'm gonna toe the line
carefully here to say that some very active beta testers have spotted a
last-minute issue in the

Hi, Al.
To me (others will differ) the key to effectively using MLO is in the

Wow, so glad I saw this! I kept wondering why sometimes tasks would be
marked complete even though I never clicked the checkbox - it was very
troublesome and one of the main reasons I almost gave up on MLO. Now I
know hitting the space bar is the reason for that (which I do to bring

Greetings,
Is it possible to have a recurring reminder that is assigned to a recurring
task?
Currently I can only set a reminder for a specific single-time task.
Thanks in advance

Greetings fellow MLOs,
I have a set of tasks that I perform everyday, and I wish to be notified by
an audio alert when it starts.
If I set a reminder with audio, it would be assigned to the specific task
that is related to that time.
I wish that an a reminder will be generated just as well as
Greetings!
If you have a few moments could you describe your suggestions on using the
Projects feature?
I have read the help page on Projects and experimented with the aspects of
the Projects field. I believe I understand the mechanics of Projects but
feel I don't "grok" using Projects.
Right click on yesterday's task and choose Skip occurrence...

Yesterday I didn't finish "Test",now I have to complete "Test" yesterday
first, then I can complete "Test" today.
But yesterday' task "Test" can not be re-complete, how can I skip
yesterday's task "Test" to finish today's task
24rd here!

I always use Shift or CTRL to bring my PC back from standby. I see many
people use the 'enter' key and I worry every time.
To be fair, Windows should be clever enough to ignore the key press when
the screen is not visible but we're stuck with it.

Hi Al,
Interesting question. Personally, I use the project functionality in a
separate data file containing all my projects. The file also contains my
life goals and each of the projects is cross referred to achieving a life
goal. I've attached a screenshot showing the Outline structure.
