Thanks Dwight I might choose the path of outline based views. For the
moment I have been tweaking the importance slider but I can see this may
get harder as time goes on!
I tried a different approach today, by using the Active by Context view. To
move a task to the bottom of the list, I would
I'm also using MLO again after about a year of giving up on it. On thing
I'm just starting to look at is using ON to create tasks in OL,then have
MLO sync with OL. A very round-about way of getting it done and I'm not
sure if or how well it will work.

Thank you, Dwight. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Until it's fixed I
can't use the Android app since this causes too big of a problem for me.
Maybe I'll downgrade back to MLO 1 for the time being. It's too bad, the
UI is significantly improved in v2.

Thank you for your suggestion. I created a new profile on my Android and
Synced it to the same cloud file. My flags are still being cleared.

MLO is not methodology specific. What specific features are you looking
for?

In case no-one has mentioned it, I believe the "Alternative Complete"
was added to support moving a task to the bottom of a manually sorted
list for this method. (I don't use it and haven't read all the
discussion but wanted to make sure you knew about it).

Laurence, on my Samsung Note 4 running Android 5.1.1 and MLO 2.0.14 new tasks
added to the inbox inherit the context of the inbox folder. I have tried
adjusting settings that seem as though they might have an impact but no matter
what i do the inheritance continues to occur. I have no idea why
A quick update. Using contexts seems to work quite well. One problem you
may be able to advise on. I ascribed the context "New none" to the Inbox,
and all tasks I inbox in Windows automatically get this context, but on
Android, whether I use the widget or the app to inbox intems, the context
hahahahaha..omg.all i ever needed was this..perfect!
i'd send you a million bucks if i had that many deer
thank you!

I have to agree regarding the UI for version 2. It seems like it takes more
time to enter a task and do what I need to do than it did in v.1.

I would also like bookmarks. It was an easy way to get around in the
outline.
