We need some additional information. Please specify the version of MLO you 
are using and describe exactly the circumstances. Did you install the app 
for the first time,  reinstall it or upgrade from 2 to 3 etc.?
Please also attach the logs from your device: 
MLO->Settings->Troubleshooting->Send logs and send your reply to 
supp...@mylifeorganized.net. We will look into the matter.
